Always knew to drink a lot of water, but who knew the timing affected things.

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:




2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs



1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion



1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure



1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

yang glass/es after waking up in the morning tu sebelum gosok gigi.Pernah terbaca hadis.Ikut sunnah .

Pernah nak terkena gastrik, bahana diet tak betul. Pernah amalkan minum 4 glass air setiap pagi sebelum gosok gigi, Alhamdulillah, selepas 30 hari, hilang senak perut di ulu hati. Di awalnya, memang kerap buang air kecil awal pagi, lepas tu ok dah, taklah terkejar-kejar ke tandas sebaik sampai tempat kerja.

Last week, a friend mentioned amount of water recommended per day (in liter)= 0.7 x your weight in kg. For me, 0.7 * 82 = 5.6 liter approx.

ttg amount of water recommended ni, agak2ny, yang diminum directly as drinks or plus lauk2 yang berair tu...like soup, tomyam, porridge??

Petua yg baik tu Suf. Air yg perlu utk cukup minum aku rasa H20 bukan air2 lain.
